Accommodation
We will stay in a traditional Japanese inn. Our accommodation is a so-called minshuku, maybe comparable to a bed & breakfast, but all very Japanese style... Japanese food, ofuro bath, tatami room, futon and more.
The name is Minshuku Yamanaka and it is located in Inawashiro, between the Lake Inawashiro and Mount Bandai.
Beside 3 nights accommodation, we will also get 3x breakfast and 2x evening meal served by the minshuku.
Transfer
On Friday, January 8th we will gather in Makuhari, Chiba at 6pm. With a rental car we will drive up north to Fukushima Prefecture. Also we use the rental car to go from the accommodation to the Ski Resorts nearby as well as going back to Tokyo on Monday, January 11th.
How much?
Accommodation & Food: ¥19'000 plus tax
Transfer (sharing the cost for rental car, gazoline & highway fees): ~¥16'000
Expect it to be around ¥35'000 to ¥40'000 per person
What is included?
3 nights accommodation, transfer Tokyo - Fukushima - Tokyo, 3x breakfast, 2x evening meal, traditional Japanese inn, Japanese bath

How many?
Since we have started with the organization of the event, 25 people have registered to be part of the first T3SKI event in Japan. The minshuku has limited capacity, so if you would like to join... please get in contact with us quickly.
International visitors
You are most welcome to join. Just make sure, your flight will arrive before Friday, January 8th 3pm. We can arrange for you the transfer from Narita International Airport (NRT) or Tokyo Haneda Airport (HND) to Makuhari, so that you can join us and drive together to Inawashiro.
